ABOUT THE BOOK...
Peter’s Missing Puzzle Piece reflects the poignant world of a young boy named Peter, who
grapples with a condition that makes him selectively mute, leaving him silently navigating the complexities of a bustling and at times chaotic, early years classroom environment.
As readers follow Peter's journey through his struggles, they'll gain a deep understanding of the challenges he faces – the anxiety that tightens his throat, the puzzle of non-verbal communication, and the overwhelming nature of social situations. Yet, beyond the school gates, a transformation occurs. At home, Peter is a different boy, a vibrant and confident soul, full of laughter and free-flowing conversation with his parents and little brother.
Peter's world takes an unexpected turn when a new, friendly classmate, Mila, joins his class...
